The Phobians on match day four hosted Bechem United in Accra and they reigned supreme over their opponents with a 3-1 convincing win.

Samuel Yeboah broke the deadlock to register his second goal of the season, experienced midfielder Mustapah Essuman made it two before youngster Isaac Mensah scored the Accra giants third goal. The away side had a consolation goal through John Nyamekye.

And despite picking three wins in four games, head coach of Hearts of Oak Kenichi Yatsuhashi has stated that their best are yet to come.

“It was a good win against Bechem United but like I kept on saying we are taking match after match and our best are yet to come.

“Our best will come in the last game of the season but my players are doing very well and they deserve some credits,” Yatsuhashi said after the game.

Hearts of Oak now lead the log sheet with 10 points and their next league game is against Inter Allies at the Tema Sports Stadium.
