Grace Omane To Sue Media Houses Over Use Of Her Pic

The 20-year-old resident of Darkuman in Accra, said the situation has brought her shame and disgrace especially when people recognise her and point her out the lady allegedly bonked by radio and television personality.

“I was at home [on Sunday] and had several calls that my picture is all over, saying KKD raped me whilst I don’t even know KKD and I have never even met him before.”, she said in an interview with TV3.

When KKD was arrested, the identity of the victim was not known but social media went frantic with the image of Grace Omane as the victim.

“I am really feeling awful because they are tarnishing my image,” she told TV3’s Komla Klutse on Monday, December 29. “My name is everywhere.”

She threatened to file a court case against all media houses that used the image of her without cross-checking to confirm if she was indeed the girl
