Kruis was cited for allegedly biting Bath's David Wilson during their Premiership meeting on Friday.
Kruis, part of England's Grand Slam-winning Six Nations team, was involved in an incident with Wilson during the second half of Saracens' 30-10 win at the Rec.
However, the 26-year-old had the charges against him dropped and is free to play.
Kruis' Saracens lead the way in the standings on 67 points, ahead of Exeter Chiefs (64) and Wasps (62) with three rounds left to play.
