In an exclusive interview with Pulse.com.gh, Eugene Arhin, the Communications Director of the Flagstaff House said upon assuming office on January 7, 2017, the new administration noticed that the disappearance of these items.

When asked if the Flagstaff House has made attempts to contact the former officials to retrieve the items he said: "it is not our job to contact them; there is an estate manager whose job it is to make sure that everything is in place so we have that job for her to do."
The NDC is yet to respond to the allegations.
