Ko shot a 62 on Saturday to set up her win, and she finished at 17 under at the Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers.

Already a two-time major winner, Ko had six birdies and three bogeys – including one at the last hole – in her final round.

Candie Kung and Morgan Pressel shared second place, three shots behind the 19-year-old Kiwi.

Angela Stanford, Moriya Jutanugarn, Sandra Gal and Jing Yan ended up a further shot back in a tie for fourth.
