The mother of the late Major of the Ghana Army who was lynched in Denkyira-Obuasi has received the master’s degree certificate of her son on his behalf.

A Facebook post shows the mother of the deceased, Veronica Bamford, holding the master’s degree certificate and posing for the cameras with some students of the Leicester University.

A total of 58 suspects arrested in connection with the murder have since made an appearance at the Accra Central District Court.
