The original song was released in 2017 by UK-based Ghanaian Afrobeats musician Fuse ODG and it features UK Grammy award-winning vocalist Ed Sheeran and Ghanaian singer Mugeez of R2Bees.

The video shot in Ghana by Marv Brown was released on March 6 to celebrate the Independence Day.

"Boa Me" remix music video features cameo appearances from Zeal of VVIP, rapper Joey B and the original performer, Fuse ODG.
