While Techiman City Football Club - winners of Zone 1 are also in a battle with the Ethics Committee of the Ghana Football Association over their decision to demote them to Division two.

The legal issues have delayed the start of the new season, but Kurt Okraku says he is not bothered because  Dreams FC is clubs that unearth talents and they don't need competition to do that.

"Well I think that as far we are concerned (the delay of the new season) is not stressful at all.

"We are not worried because we are a club that develops talents and whether we compete in a league or not we will continue to follow judiciously our programme for the year," Mr. Okraku told Accra-based radio station, Citi FM.

Kurt Okraku also acknowledge the importance of competition for the development of players and will welcome the opportunity if a firm date is fixed for the league.

"Competition is good for the development of talents but if competition is not available we are not bothered. But if there is a firm date for the commencement of the league we'll say 'hallelujah'".
