England Premier League rivals, Arsenal and Chelsea have started talks over the transfer of goalkeeper, Petr Cech.
The Czech International has been relegated to the bench this season and is looking for a move away from the EPL Champions.
According to , Arsenal officials have made secret enquiries about Cech after discovering that the goalkeeper is open to the move.
Cech is settled with his family in London and would love to remain there making Arsenal favourites to sign him.
Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in signing the goalkeeper and have also made enqueires.
Chelsea and their manager, Jose Mourinho would prefer to sell the Cech to PSG.
Cech's agent, Viktor Kolar however stated that only Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has the final say on where the goalkeeper will play next season.
"Arsenal, or PSG are all top clubs and Petr would like to join one of them, definitely," Viktor Kolar said.
"Petr expects that Roman Abramovich, not Jose Mourinho, will decide about his future, based on their mutual agreement from last year."
