The former Atletico Madrid goalie moved out together with his girlfriend, Edurne Garcia, with the mansion currently being put out for rent.

The vacated pad has a tennis court, a luxurious swimming pool, a personal gym, a top of the range cinema room, a separate converted cottage, triple garage and 1.5 acres of manicured garden among other eye-catching edifices.

De Gea’s leaving of his mansion had earlier sparked rumours that the Spanish goalkeeper was bent on moving to Real Madrid.

However, he has relocated with his girlfriend to a near-by apartment, cooling fears of his departure among United fans.

The goalkeeper’s vacated house cost £3.85m, but is now being put up for sale at £4m.

Reports suggest that the Manchester United goalie used to pay £12,000-per-month for the mansion in Cheshire.
