Police arrest 4 for allegedly killing a relative

 
 
According to the police in Dadieso in the Western Region two siblings have been accused of murdering their uncle, whilst their parents who allegedly knew of the incident failed to report to the police

Police in Dadieso have arrested a family of four in connection with the murder of a relative at Gyapongkrom in the Suaman District of the Western Region

The four are Kwasi Gyimah, 52 his wife Abena Tawiah Somiah and thier two teenage sons; Gabriel Bekoe, 18, and Ernest Cudjoe Gyimah, 15, all unemployed

The two teenage siblings have been accused of murdering their uncle  Yaw Amaga, and burying him secretly, whilst their parents who allegedly knew of the incident failed to report to the police

DSP Anthony Dobge, District Police Commander of the Suaman district revealed to Pulse.com.gh that a resident in the community who got a hint of the murder gave the police a tip off leading to the arrest of the four after almost three months

According to the police, Amaga died on February 14 when one of his step brothers hit him with an object over who has the right to occupy a room in their father’s house.

The parents who were informed of the murder however failed to report to the police.

The police have since gone to exhume the body for autopsy whilst the four have been placed in police custody to assist in investigation.
