The in-form striker has bagged a staggering 30 goals since the start of 2017, with his exploits making him a target of many European clubs.

Latest to emerge in the rumour mail is that the Red Star Belgrade attacker could be heading to Premier League side Chelsea.

Reports suggest that the 24-year-old is being monitored by Blues manager Antonio Conte, with the Italian viewing him as a good replacement if Michy Batsuhayi leaves.

It is believed that Chelsea will send scouts to watch Boakye-Yiadom when Red Star faces Arsenal later on Thursday.

Chelsea coach Antonio Conte knows the Ghana striker very well, having monitored his development while at Juventus.

Boakye-Yiadom used to be on the books of Juve but failed to nail down a place in the first team, leading to a move away from the Serie A champions.

With 30 goals to his name in 2017, the move could be a possibility, especially with Chelsea visible not content with the output of Batsuhayi.
