Tanzania woos investors

This project is a real estate initiative powered by the ministry of land in Tanzania.

Known as the Kigamboni New City, this massive real estate project was put together to attract property speculators and investors to the country.

Officials say It will be situated in the Kigamboni district.

The city will connect to Dar Es Salaam by a new bridge.
