Afrobeats group to sue GHAMRO, Fan Milk Ghana Limited

Reggie Zippy, a group member, took to Facebook yesterday to express his anger and disappointment in GHAMRO and threatened to take the organisation to court.

UK-based Ghanaian Afrobeats group and X Factor finalist, Reggie N Bollie, has hinted of taking legal action against the Ghana Music Rights Organisation (GHAMRO) and Fan Milk Ghana Limited for using their new single titled

According to the duo, GHAMRO negotiated and took an amount of GHC 17,000 from Fan Milk without their knowledge or even alerting their management.

Reggie wrote: "Why Has Ghamro Collected GhCedis17,000 From Fan Milk Ltd For Using Our Song For Their Radio n Tv Commercials Without Our Permission n Without Contacting Our Team?The Jokes Are Seriously Not Funny Anymore. GHAMRO and Fan Milk are yet to come out to comment on the issue.
