Singer Is Inspiration For Adidas' New Collection

Known for never being the one to shy away from the spotlight or make bold sartorial statements, singer-songwriter Rita Ora’s “Super” collection for adidas Originals, which bears aesthetic semblances to Roy Lichtenstein pop art, is in an all-out sensory assault.

Each piece is preluded by the word “Super” – a homage to the comic book art that the collection is derived from. Classic items like the Superstar 80s are re-imagined in technicolor comic book-inspired explosions, while the iconic Superstar sneaker gets invigorated courtesy of an eye-catching customized design that is meant to imitate the pop star’s signature red lips and platinum-blonde hair.

Also included in the drop are a selection of hoodies, logo tees, leggings, tracksuits and hats, all of which manage the same graphic trappings.
