Prince Harry kisses fan who proposed to him

The crown prince of England, Prince Harry surprised a fan with a kiss on her cheek.

The woman, Victoria McRae, 21 who was holding a tiara held a signboard which read "Marry Me. Last Chance! Prince Harry." This was the third time she asked the Harry to marry her.

The second son of the late Princess Diana moved towards her and surprised her with a kiss on her cheek. Harry expertly escaped when she tried to kiss him on the lips.

"He let me kiss him on the cheek but then I went in for it,” Ms McRae told local media. “The rest was history. It was everything - I'm very happy. I reminded him it was the third [proposal]" she said when she was interviewed by local media.
