Jacques Brunel has made four changes to Italy's XV to face Scotland, with Kelly Haimona and Leonardo Ghiraldini among those included.

Kelly Haimona will start at fly-half in Italy's Six Nations contest against Scotland in place of the injured Carlo Canna in one of four changes.

Canna was a doubt heading into the game at Stadio Olimpico with a muscular problem and he has failed to prove his fitness in time.

In his place comes Haimona, who started four matches at last year's Six Nations, with Edoardo Padovani providing cover at 10.

Leonardo Ghiraldini comes in at hooker to replace Ornel Gega, who sustained a fractured cheekbone against England in a 40-9 defeat in round two.

Jacques Brunel has further shuffled his pack with Josh Furno replacing George Biagi at lock, while David Odiete has recovered from an ankle injury and returns in place of Luke McLean at full-back.

Edoardo Gori will also rack up his 50th appearance for the Azzurri, becoming just the second Italian scrum-half to reach a half century of caps.
