Wa All Stars suffered another humiliating defeat, as the lost 3-0 against Tanda of Ivory Coast in the first semi-finals of WAFU Challenge Cup in Senegal on Friday.

Koffi Kandra Stevens and Kevin Zougoula gave the home side a comfortable 2-0 first half lead and former Berekum Chelsea striker, Stephen Asare Baffour completed the onslaught in the second half to condemn Wa All Stars to a 3-0 defeat.

Wa All Stars continued their run of poor continental and domestic form: Al Ahli Tripoli whipped them 5-1 on aggregate to kick them of the CAF Champions League and recently they lost 4-1 at home in an outstanding league fixture against WAFA.

The Northern Blues will wait for the loser of the second semi-finals fixture between US Goree from Senegal and Liberian champions Barrack Young Controllers for the third place play off on Sunday.

If their poor run of form is any thing to go by, then one would say they can't repeat last season's heroics, although it is early days yet.
