Watch This Cyst Spit Chunky 'Cheese' At Dr. Pimple Popper

In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD squeezes a cyst that isn't afraid to hock a loogie. In the clip, the famed derm says the cyst rudely "spit" at her and her team, leaving them all ducking for cover.

At the beginning of the procedure, Dr. Lee is unsure what the growth is due to how deeply embedded the growth is. But after making an incision, she accidentally punctures the cyst, causing its contents to drool out.

"It spit at us!" Dr. Lee says to the patient. Dr. Pimple Popper's assistants immeditately take notice of the expectorating. While Dr. Lee pushes on the cyst, her assistants duck in cover off screen, which the doctor to tease them. Eventually, Dr. Lee is able to drain the cyst without any more spitting, squeezing out a stream of chunky white contents.

"Some satisfying chunks at the end there," one oddly pleased fan commented on the video. Another commenter ruined dairy forever by writing, "Extra cheeeeeeeeezy." Yuck.

The "extra cheesy" contents is likely a mixture of dead skin cells and keratin , which often collect in cysts. The cyst shown in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst , which commonly occurs on the face, neck, and back.
