Experts say regular sex is good for married couples. Find out why.

1. Good health: Sex has been found to increases heart rate. It also calories and helps you sleep better. It even makes your immune system stronger.

2. Bonding: Sex builds closeness and togetherness. The joining of those “sex tools” releases chemicals that causes emotional attachment between married couples.

3. Communication: Some loving words are best spoken under the sheets. It causes you to form sentences you never knew you had. It sounds nice though at that moment. Well, unspoken passionate communications produce more results.

4. Builds your self-esteem: It helps your self-esteem, when you know you are loved by somebody, Most people have sex just to validate that their body or “tool” is still appreciated.
