Man Stabs Woman Over Bag Of Chips

According to ABC7Chigago News, Raleigh police has nabbed a man who stabbed a woman over a $1.50 bag of jalapeno cheese chips over the weekend. The 33-year-old suspect by name Thomas Mercer, was arrested in the incident on South Wilmington Street just after 4 a.m.

He is formally charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Mercer allegedly used a knife to stab the woman to get the chips which left the victim injuried.
