Tamale suffocates Achimota and Apam SHS to death
Achimota SHS fought to the end but died at the finishing point due to the constants suffocating by the winner with 45 points.
With strength, pace and precision Tamale emerged champions of the day with 48 points.
Their thirst for victory was not enough to win.

Apam SHS with lesser strength should have tapped out of the competition but fought which led to its death at the second round.
At the end of the competition, they scored 35 points.
