Ghanaian journalists ask one-way questions - Gospel musician

Celestine Donkor has revealed that Ghanaian journalists don't bring out the best in artistes because they are shallow minded individuals.

She doesn't have to brainstorm before answering the questions.

The ‘Okronkronhene’ hitmaker added that the one-way method of asking questions doesn’t bring out the best in the interviewee.

In an interview with Accra-based Peace FM, she said, “sometimes I go for an interview and am able to predict questions that I will be asked, this is because Ghanaian Journalists ask one-way questions and it doesn’t bring out the best in the interviewee”.

Celestine commended international media outfits for their good journalism, objectivity, and fairness.  “I was approached by an international media outfit after I performed on stage and the questions that were posed to me were very deep and detailed, their questions didn’t tone one particular direction, it kept me thinking very deep, they didn’t ask me questions like how did I start my career…

The woman celebrity recently urged her fellow female musician to step up their fashion game.

According to her, “You can’t put on a night makeup at day and you can’t put on dinner wear in the day. It’s basically lack of knowledge to think you’ve dressed so wonderfully but you look funny. I will not blame those who do that because they do not know.”
