Pregnancy is beautiful; amazing to have a life growing inside you. You can eat whatever you want and get away with it but after delivery, you need to fit into shape.

It’s a gradual process but you will sure get the magical number and slip on your sexy dress with these tips.

  • Exercise while you’re pregnant

Pregnancy comes with lots of cravings but you must try your best to control your diet and exercise a lot.

  • Breastfeed for one year

Once the baby is born, there’s an immediate loss of weight. Breastfeeding will also help you lose weight, using up to 800 calories a day. And after you’ve allowed your body to recuperate (about 4-6 weeks) so that you can start exercising, a little bit of weight training will go a long way to helping you lose weight.

Forget about the irregular sleep cycle and get some sleep when your baby is sleeping. This will keep your energy levels high to take care of your baby and do your chores.

  • Try having more sex

Sex is an inexpensive form of exercise. But then wait till you are completely healed usually four to six weeks so that there is no discomfort, but try to get back to the pleasure of things as soon as possible.

You will want to regain good control of your bladder and strengthen your pelvic floor and Kegel exercises will help with that.

  • Healthy diet

Pregnant women can freely eat anything at anytime and get away with it. After delivery, you need to adopt a healthy lifestyle to improve your metabolic rate and cut your hunger. Never skip breakfast and try to add veggies to your meals.

  • Do have a regular exercise regimen

Getting back to exercise should be a gradual process, but you can always start some simple exercises after you are through four weeks of post-partum.

There’s a gap in your abdominal muscles right after giving birth. It usually disappears within four to eight weeks. Make sure this gap is closed before doing belly exercises.

  • Consider the natural weight loss remedies

Ask your mother or grandmother to get you some herbs.
