Gyan has battled with injuries over the season, however, he insists his fitness issues are a thing of the past.
Having trained for the first time with the Black Stars squad over the weekend, the 31-year old revealed that he was ready to lead the team to victory over Ethiopia in the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifier."Everything is fine now, as I always say I need to be on the field to just do what I do best,” the Black Stars captain said in an interview with Graphic Sports.

The Black Stars will face Ethiopia in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on June 11, before facing USA and Mexico in international friendlies later in the month.
