Ghanaian full back Daniel Opare is set to be moving from German Bundesliga club Augsburg to another Bundesliga side Schalke 04.
The 2009 u-20 world cup winner's contract with Augsburg runs out in the summer but was spotted holding secret talks with Schalke coach Domenico Tedesco.
The former Real Madrid defender will likely move to the Gelsenkirchen based outfit as Augsburg are interested in offloading him for £3m in January. This will be more preferable option than letting him go on a free transfer in the summer.
Opare has featured in 17 league games for Augsburg so far.

This move will see Daniel Opare join his compatriot Baba Rahman as the left-back has been loaned out to Schalke from English Premier League side Chelsea for 18 months.
