Ace Hip Hop star Ice Cube has been served with a fresh lawsuit for assault and battery by a man who claims he is a Rabbi.

According to the Rabbi named P. Taras, he was at the MGM Detroit on May 24 when he literally bumped into Cube outside an elevator.

Taras claims he said something like ... ''hey, watch out '' and the rapper/actor responded by having his boys attack him.

While he was getting the beat down, Taras tells TMZ that he heard several epithets but he thinks that's because he was wearing a yarmulke.

The site claims Ice Cube has denied ever attacking the 'Rabbi' and his rep says, ''Not only are these accusations a lie, he doesn't even know who this guy is."
