Manny Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach  has revealed that Floyd Mayweather is scared of facing the Filipino and might not turn up for Saturday's super-fight in Las Vegas.

"I really am wondering if he's going to turn up on the night," Roach said.

"I don't think any fighter is afraid, but I don't think he wanted this fight. He was forced into a fight he didn't want to take."

"I just don't know why Floyd has gone quiet for this fight. His speech is very subdued," Roach added.

Mayweater howver waved off Roach's claiming, saying he is looking forward to fight the Filipino.

"I'll be there," he said.

On why he has not been his usual boastful self ahead of the fight, Mayweather said: "I talked trash in the past but this fight sells itself, so I don't have to."
