Soldier slams "Caitlyn Jenner is not a hero" comments

A soldier has shut down criticism about  Caitlyn Jenner's courage award with an emotional statement about the meaning of a true hero.

Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce, was highly praised for her emotional acceptance speech at the EPSYs last Wednesday as she picked up the Arthur Ashe Courage Award.

But some people suggested double amputee military veteran, Noah Galloway should have received the award instead.

As memes appeared on Instagram, soldier Joey Vicente, posted his own thoughts on Facebook.
