Actress flashes bare buttocks on the street

Alabama born actress, Phoebe Price allegedly flashed her bare buttocks for the attention of the media. Sources say this is unlikely this wardrobe malfunction did not  occur by chance.

Phoebe, appeared in an episode of  X files and since then has been struggling to get the attention of movie directors in Hollywood for years.

Pricey, 43, wore floaty garment without knickers on a windy day and confidently paraded in her neighbourhood.
