Sir Alex Fergusson, Robin van Persie, Vidic attend defender's wife service of songs

Sir Alex Ferguson, Robin van Persie, Nemanja Vidic and a host of former and present Manchester United players attended the service of songs of the wife of Rio Ferdinand.

Rio Ferdinand lost his wife, Rebecca to cancer earlier this month and her funeral according to the was held in Keston, Kent.

After the funeral a wake was held in honour of Rebecca which a host of Ferdinand's friends attended.

Others at the wake include included Darren Fletcher and Edwin van der Sar.
