Liverpool captain poses with his daughter

He may no longer be a force to reckon with on the field of play, but Steven Gerrard is showing that he is still a good dad to his children.

The Liverpool captain posted a photo of himself and his youngest of his three daughters playing around at home.

It will be an emotional day for 34-year-old as he is set to play his game at Anfield on Saturday, May 16.

Before the day, Gerrard and his daughter are seen smiling to the camera having fun together.

Gerrard, who is a practising Catholic  got married to his wife Alex Curran in June 2007.

Steven and Alex have three daughters, Lilly-Ella (born 23 February 2004), Lexie (born 9 May 2006) and Lourdes (born 2 November 2011).
