Steven Gerrard has begun preparation for life in America after agreeing a move to MLS club Los Angeles Galaxy.
The former English captain has called time on his prolific Liverpool career and will be moving to the MLS in the summer.
Ahead of that move Stevie G has rented a mansion in Los Angeles where he plans to stay with his family.
The sprawling Malibu mansion which overlooks the ocean is reportedly worth £16.8m.
According to Daily Mail, the luxurious pad was offered to the midfielder by his new football club, who'll foot the £13,400 rent over the year and a half he's signed to the team.
The mansion has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and sweeping mountain and Pacific Ocean views.
The mansion is located in the impressive area of Carbon Canyon in Malibu, near Los Angeles International Airport.
The large house also includes separate exercise, massage and sauna areas inside, and also a magnificent infinity pool outside.
There's a barbecue area, a garage big enough for three cars, a screening room and a 'sports room', with a full-sized billiards table and bar.
Steven Gerrard will be moving into the mansion with his 32-year-old wife, Alex and their daughters Lilly-Ella, 10, Lexie, eight and Lourdes , three.
In the official pictures of the impressive property, it is clear it's finished to an incredibly high standard, a combination of both contemporary and classic design, with a deluxe Californian and certainly Hollywood-style vibe.
A senior official of the LA Galaxy has revealed that the club is trying their best to make the midfielder to eel at home.
"The club is helping Steven and Alex with every imaginable aspect of their family move and we are obviously hoping to get them settled as soon as possible."
