Golfer splits with girlfriend Lindsey Vonn

Tiger Woods and his girlfriend, skier girlfriend Lindsey Vonn have ended their three-year relationship.

Lindsey Vonn took to her Facebook on Sunday, May 3 to announce her split with Tiger Woods.

"I will always cherish the memories that we've created together. Unfortunately, we both lead incredibly hectic lives that force us to spend a majority of our time apart," the statement read.

"I will always admire and respect Tiger. He and his beautiful family will always hold a special place in my heart."

Vonn has been a regular in Tiger Woods games recently bringing the former number one's undefined.

Tiger Woods and Vonn started dating after the golfer divorced former Swedish model Elin Nordegren after his widespread infidelities were revealed.

Vonn was also married before dating Tiger.
