U.S. women’s soccer team join Taylor Swift onstage at concert

Taylor Swift hoisted the victorious US football team's trophy into the air, as the US Women’s National Team joined her on stage at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey in front of a sold out New Jersey crowd.

Pop goddess, Taylor,  who wore a skimpy stage outfit, helped the American team celebrate their win with style as she invited them to join her on stage, much like he rest of her model friends have in recent weeks.

The 23-strong squad, who rose to victory against Japan last week, were still kitted out in their numbered soccer shirts when they hit the stage.

The three-times champions were honoured with a rare ticker-tape parade in lower Manhattan, New York on Friday.
