Bobby Maximus , former UFC fighter, fitness personality, and author of the Men's Health Maximus Body book , hosted the latest session. His "Fire Fight" workout is a killer finisher he usually saves to close out training sessions with U.S. military units.

"This is a great workout for the legs, it's great to do some conditioning," says Maximus.

Before you get moving, Maximus recommends that you start warming up by doing air squats, lunges, and pushups.
