A Ghanaian woman living abroad has taken to social media to express her outrage and disappointment after alleging that airport officials in Ghana stole food items from her luggage.
The items, which included beef, dry fish, and shrimp, had reportedly been shipped to her from within the country as part of a package containing locally sourced goods.
In a video circulating widely online, the visibly upset woman recounted her experience, stating that the missing items were discovered after she received her luggage.

She claimed that the foodstuffs, which hold both cultural and personal value, were deliberately removed by individuals handling baggage at the airport.

The woman emphasised her dismay that the culprits ignored her expensive bags and personal effects, choosing instead to take items of modest monetary value but significant emotional and cultural importance.
