Boxingnews24 reports that the bout will take place on December 14 at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Dogboe, 24, has seen his career take a major hit following two successive losses to Mexican hotshot Emanuel Navarrete.
However, the young Ghanaian boxer could return to the ring in December as he looks to get his career back on track.
Michael Conlan is a two-time Irish Olympian and is currently undefeated with 12 wins, seven of which came by way of knockout.

The 27-year-old Irishman will reportedly be coming down in weight from 126 to fight at 122 to fight against Dogboe.
Dogboe lost his WBO super bantamweight title last December following a one-sided bout against Navarette.
It was the first professional defeat in the career of the Ghanaian after he lost by unanimous decision to his opponent.
Dogboe again lost in the rematch against Navarette in May, this time being handed a Technical Knockout (TKO) in the final round.
The Ghanaian boxer is currently being trained by the experienced Frederick Roach as he looks to get his career back on track.
And he could finally get the chance to do that should he be able to defeat Conlan in December.
