The former Manchester City forward has been charged with three offences of sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl and one of grooming.
The 27-year-old who was arrested and bailed in March has however pleaded not guilty to the charges.
All that was however out of the England international's mind as he was pictured relaxing poolside and drinking beer in Dubai.

Johnson is in Dubai with his Sunderland teammates to celebrate at a bash organised by Steven Fletcher.
