Some Ghanaian fans have been calling on the Ghana Police to arrest the Jamaican dancehall act for publicly smoking in the streets of Accra particularly because Kwaw Kese was once arrested and jailed for the same act.
Popcaan has responded to Kwaw Kese’s reaction after he shared a video of him smoking what is believed to be 'weed' in public.

So this means our Law set only to control on the citizens but foreigners are free To Go ..the most painful part is Ghana police. The “Dondo” rapper reposted this opinion on his Instagram page and Popcaan has replied him, saying that the MadTime Records Boss shouldn’t be mad. The “Unruly” singer added that he should also make time for them to organize and meet the government to call for the legalization of weed in Ghana.
