The “YOLO” series star, who is currently in the UK with her husband, Medikal, for the 2021 edition Ghana Music Awards UK says she has come to realise that some Ghanaians hate progress.

According to Fella Makafui, Ghanaians hate competition and dislike it because it intimidates them and that the young suffer most from such hatred.

“I have come to understand some Ghanaians only hate on you when you are elevating!! They hate competition!! They dislike it because it intimidates most of them!! It’s even worse when you are young!! But anyways, I won’t dull my sparkle because of your feelings!” she tweeted.
