Conrad Hilton escapes jail time after disrupting London to Los Angeles flight

Conrad apologised to the court for his conduct and vowed it wouldn't happen again after paying the fine of $5,000

Socialite, Paris Hilton's junior brother, Conrad Hilton has been sentenced to three years probation and ordered to undertake 750 hours of community service after pleading guilty to disrupting a flight last July.

Conrad paid a fine of $5,000 and was ordered to have a mental health and substance abuse treatment after pleading guilty in the court.

Conrad, 21,yelled profanities at crew and reportedly threatened,"My father will pay this out, he has done it before. Dad paid $300,000 last time". He also allegedly shouted: ''I will fucking own anyone on this flight; they are fucking peasants".

Conrad was under house arrest last month until his sentencing, after admitting to smoking marijuana  a violation of the terms of his bond.

Court documents showed drink services were delayed almost an hour on the international flight due to Conrad's outburst, while the plane's captain ordered he be 'restrained' to stop any further trouble.

Conrad was charged with a felony for threatening the flight attendants and interfering with the crew. He posted $100,000 bond and was released from the Federal custody.

He checked into rehab following his arrest and completed 30 days at a substance abuse center.
