Medikal reacts to alleged beef with Ko-Jo Cue and Shaker

Medikal has finally broken silence on an alleged beef with BBnZ Live label mates, Ko-Jo Cue and Shaker.

Even though the two sides have not publicly confirmed any beef, their recent statements on several platforms suggest that their relationship might be rocky.

In one of Medikal's recent tweets, he said the duo are "sparking up beef to promote" themselves.

He tweeted: "Y’all sparking up beef to promote, my gees take it personal tho. be on the look out."

His tweet comes following a revelation made by Ko-Jo Cue at the listening session of "Pen & Paper" held last week Wednesday.

Ko-Jo Cue, speaking at the event disclosed that Medikal insulted his friend, Shaker on Snapchat and he cannot forgive him.

He continued that Medikal, after saying “F*ck Shaker, we be the leaders of the new school” on his Snapchat later told 4syte TV that he was just rapping but if Shaker is angry, it is his own cup of tea.

Ko-Jo Cue added that the disrespect Medikal showed his label mate made him say on Live FM in Accra that he does not know any rapper in the world called Medikal.

“I went for an interview and they asked me a question about a certain rapper called Medikal and I said I didn’t know him and it became an issue so most people took it as if we were about to drop an album so we are trying to attack someone for hype.

Honestly I gave out the response and the reason why our attitude has been bad towards a certain rapper named Medikal is because he did a snapchat video of himself rapping to one of his songs in which he said F*ck Shaker, we be the leaders of the new school”.

When he went for an interview at 4syte TV and they asked him about the lyrics, he said he was just rapping but if Shaker wants to be angry, he can go ahead.

If he said F*ck Kojo Cue, I would probably know him and he will know me too but because he did not mention my name and he mentioned Shaker, I don’t know him and fight for my brother. Because if I know him I’ll get angry,” he diclosed.
