Quophi Okyeame is underrated - producer

Willi Roi's comment was in reaction to the impressive production which went into Dela's latest single, 'Fa Me Ko'.

Released on December 20, 2017, the groovy highlife-inspired mid tempo piece captures the story of how a lady overwhelmed with joy and satisfaction accepts to marry a man who longed for her hand in marriage.

The couple celebration tune produced by Quophi Okyeame employs some stimulating guitar works and an awesome vocal delivery from Dela.

Reviewing the song on Zylofon FM's 'Showbiz Agenda', Willi Roi eulogized Quophi Okyeame for the prodigious level of musicianship demonstrated on "Fa Me Ko".

"I'm so amazed at his abilities. This is world class. We underrate him," he said.

While singing praises of Dela for her "sweet voice" and stunning delivery, Willi Roi who has produced a number of hits for veteran artistes, including Daddy Lumba, Kaakyire Kwame Appiah and Nana Acheampong, could not find the best of words to describe the song.

"If you're looking for examples of music that can make impact, this is one. There is an interlude, there is an intro, there is a verse and a chorus structure. Fantastic music! Fantastic production," he noted.
