Method
- Pour the flour into a bowl
- Add sugar, salt, sprinkle nutmeg and mix.
- Crack egg into a bowl and add.
- Add milk and stir until all ingredients mix thoroughly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Scoop a ladle full of the mixture into the pan.
- Turn the pancake when it turns golden brown.
- Serve pancake with jam, chocolate spread or ice cream.
