  • Green bell pepper, chopped

  • Onion, chopped

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

  • Fresh lime juice

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Clove crushed garlic

  • Fresh cilantro

  • Ground cumin

  • Ground black pepper

  • Hot pepper sauce

  • Chili powder

  • Beans, cooked

  • Lettuce

  1. Wash all vegetables and cut into desired sizes.

  2. Use your hand to roughly break the lettuce into nice small chucks in the salad bowl.

  3. Combine beans, bell peppers and onion.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and black pepper.

  5. Toss beans and season to taste with hot sauce and chili powder

  6. Pour olive oil dressing over vegetables; mix well and serve.
