  • Pepper sauce
  • Eggs
  • Butter
  • Cube
  • Curry
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt

Method

  • Break eggs in a bowl, add cube and whish.
  • Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium low heat.
  • Allow the egg to cook without disturbing it for 1 to 5 minutes.
  • Scramble with spoon and add the pepper sauce.
  • Season with curry, nutmeg and salt.
  • Leave to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve with rice or eggs
