Pizza is traditionally an Italian meal which originated from Campania and is made with flatbread dough basically topped with cheese and tomato sauce and baked to perfection. You have also decide to load it with their meat, vegetables or fruit toppings. Pizza dough made without yeast is likely to taste quite different from pizza dough made with yeast. Yeast not only gives off gas for the dough to rise but also adds flavour from the other substances which are produced during fermentation. This also causes the texture of the dough to be different form dough without yeast. Pizza dough without yeast is ideal to go for when you have less time to bake. You can’t achieve a good yeast rise in 30 min.
