People can't get lorry fare to attend church – Nigel Gaisie cries, blames 'worst government'

Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the leader of the True Word Prophetic Fire Ministries has described the Akufo-Addo-led government as the worst ever, saying it has rendered Ghanaians so broke that people can’t afford lorry fare to attend church these days.

People can't get lorry fare to attend church – Nigel Gaisie blames 'worst government'

The popular man of God said this in an interview with Abeiku Santana on UTV.

According to him, church attendance has dwindled and sometimes when he calls to enquire why his congregants have failed to come to church, they bluntly blame lack of money for lorry fare.

When asked why he wouldn’t pray for his church members to have an economic turnaround, Prophet Gaisie asserted he keeps praying hard but the country is bound to go backwards because the citizens don’t like to hear the truth.

He cited certain instances of lawlessness such as illegal mining, and hooliganism by some New Patriotic Party fanatics among other criminal activities that have gone unpunished as some of the reasons Ghana is deteriorating.

He added that Caucasians and people of the developed world are not better human beings but the only trait that always propels them to greater heights of development while Ghana and Africa lag behind is that they are truthful.

Meanwhile, Pastor Elvis Agyemang, the founder and lead pastor of Grace Mountain Ministry chose to celebrate his birthday on October 24, 2023, in a heartwarming way by donating hospital beds and other vital equipment worth GHC500,000 to the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.
