About 70% of our body is composed of water. That means when we stay dehydrated, which most people do for the larger part of the day, we are affecting the performance of our body in general.

Nearly all of our systems do not function as well without proper water intake.

When you drink enough water what else do you do?

Research supports the idea that staying hydrated can reduce risk of colon cancer, bladder cancer and possibly reduce breast cancer risk as well.

Water is the common remedy to relieve and prevent headaches, migraines and back pains. These aches can be caused by dehydration, so drinking water can prevent or alleviate them. Next time your head hurts, try drinking water.
